Malaysia Peugeot Community Group (MPC)

Peugeot is a French brand of automobiles owned by Stellantis. The family business that preceded the current Peugeot companies was founded in 1810, is regarded as the oldest car company in the world. On 20 November 1858, Émile Peugeot applied for the lion trademark. Armand Peugeot (1849–1915) built the company's first car steam tricycle.

I was fortunate to own an affordable continental car, the 408T model, as my first sedan vehicle. We have a large WhatsApp and Facebook group for owners of Peugeot cars in Malaysia. We call it Malaysia Peugeot Community Group (MPC). In our group, we have experienced users who can share their knowledge about car issues, ranging from minor to major problems. We are able to exchange ideas on car modifications. Most Peugeot car owners are generous with ideas and knowledge, always willing to help each other.

Some of the activities from 'Teh Tarik' session we are knowing each other, sharing ideas and the best thing you can get information on selected shops that sell quality and cheap card parts and accessories. Some shops that have become panel shops so that members who come show the member stickers, they will get discounts and affordable price. Besides that, there are no panel workshop's that you can call if your car breaks down.

My car was towed because it couldn't start the engine.

The root cause is often attributed to small and inexpensive parts that are easy to replace.

For those apprehensive about owning a continental Peugeot car, when considering a safe and reliable car, you might evaluate its interior and exterior design, handling, fuel economy, comfortable and smooth cornering, among many other features that offer great value for money.
